INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup HerbYvore Alté Egg
- 1 cup Coconut Cream
- 5 tbsp puréed apple
- 1 tbsp allspice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 5 pcs bread
(Serves 2)
METHOD
1. Blend all ingredients (except bread) until smooth.
2. Heat in saucepan to 80°C for 5 minutes until thick.
3. Add bread, ensure all pieces are coated.
4. Transfer to baking dish and bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
