Due to the use of black salt and turmeric, there is a natural ‘eggy’ flavour and yellow colour in Eggless Scramble. You can still add seasonings if desired but we will advise to taste first before deciding to add.

For a regular scramble, preheat a non-stick pan and pour 100ml of liquid Eggless Scramble onto the pan and cook (stirring and ‘flipping’ the mixture from time to time to ensure even cooking.

- Add the grated cheeses to the pizza when the dough is half-baked or ¾ baked to minimise time in extreme heat.
- Gentle heating with a blow torch is a great way to enjoy our vegan mozzarella and cheddar.
