INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup HerbYvore Alté Egg
- 4 tbsp coconut cream
- 2 tbsp plant-based milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 pcs bread (thick toast preferred)

METHOD
- Mix in Alté Egg, coconut cream, plant-based milk, and sugar together in a plate or shallow bowl until a batter is formed.
- Dip the thick toast into the batter on both sides and ensure it is well coated.
- In a preheated skillet, cook the toast till the egg is cooked through and well toasted.
- Tip: For a crispier interior, pop into the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
