INGREDIENTS
- 2 pcs flour tortillas
- 1 cup HerbYvore Alté Egg
- 2 tbsp pickled onion
- ½ cup roasted baby potatoes
- ¾ cup grated HerbYvore Just Like Cheddar
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

METHOD
- Roast potatoes at 180°C for 40 minutes with seasoning.
- Cook Alté Egg to your liking (scrambled or omelette style) - No oil required.
- Layer all fillings inside the tortilla and wrap tightly.
- Heat oil in a skillet, then pan-fry the burrito, pressing down slightly. Brown both sides until crisp and golden.
Serving Suggestion:
