INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup, cooked white rice
- ¼ cup HerbYvore Alté Egg
- 2 tbsp onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)

½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp seed oil, for frying
- 1 tbsp sesame oil, for finishing
(Serves 1)
METHOD
- Fry Alté Egg and set aside.
- Pour the seed oil and fry the onion and garlic
- Pour in the rice, egg and salt and mix everything together.
- Once everything is mixed properly, finish with sesame oil.

*For Allium-free, the onion and garlic can be substituted with ½ tbsp of mushroom powder/seasoning. This can be added after the rice has been poured into the pan.
