Great for breakfast or dessert, here's a quick & easy recipe with a HerbYvore spin on it! Nourished with our plant protein, this dairy-free mango 'lassi' pudding will satiate the senses, leaving you refreshed and vitalised.
INGREDIENTS
- 100g 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗬𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗲™️ 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸
- 2 (450g) ripe frozen mango
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- ½ tbsp Honey
- 1 - 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- mint leaves for garnishing
(Serves 4)
METHOD
- Crumble Plant Protein and add all the remaining ingredients into the blender.
- Blend till smooth.
- Pour mixture into dessert cups and leave it to chill for 2 hours-overnight.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled!
