DAIRY-FREE MANGO 'LASSI' PUDDING RECIPE

Great for breakfast or dessert, here's a quick & easy recipe with a HerbYvore spin on it! Nourished with our plant protein, this dairy-free mango 'lassi' pudding will satiate the senses, leaving you refreshed and vitalised. 

INGREDIENTS

(Serves 4)

METHOD

  1. Crumble Plant Protein and add all the remaining ingredients into the blender.
  2. Blend till smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into dessert cups and leave it to chill for 2 hours-overnight.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled!
