USAGE DIRECTIONS
Tub
1. Add 350ml of cold water and ice to your shaker
2. Add 2 scoops (46g) of powder into your shaker
3. Shake well for 30 seconds or until smooth - for an even smoother texture, blend the mixture
Sachet
1. Add 300ml of water to the fill line marked on the back of the sachet
2. Screw back the cap
3. Shake well for 30 seconds or until smooth
