It resembles dairy paneer a lot in terms of texture and firmness and it’s great to see sustainable alternatives coming up (Their pea paneer is is the world’s first sustainable plant-based paneer 🌱). The best part is that it’s produced in Singapore so it doesn’t have to travel long distances to reach you if you live in and near sg (significantly lower food miles!)

i loved the pea paneer and think it’s a great substitute for the real thing, so happy there is a readymade substitute out there for paneer now, as i would say it’s the thing i have missed most since becoming vegan!!
The peppered pea cheese has a good balance of peppery and thick cheesy taste, grates perfectly and of course cleaner and much healthier for you! It contains no soy, gluten and dairy and is a good source of protein, calcium and dietary fiber. It can definitely help jazz up the flavours in any dish!
The star of the show today is Miss Pea Paneer herself, it is a highly-recommended extra. it’s great not only for texture and flavour, but a boost of vegan protein
