HerbYvore Vegan Mee Goreng

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams Yellow Noodles l
  • 250 grams HerbYvore Pea Paneer Slightly crumbled
  • 50 grams cabbage or any other vegetables of your choice
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped into fours
  • 2 Red chillies sliced
  • 2 large onions sliced
  • 2 Tsp Tau Cheong (fermented soya beans)
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Cooking Method

  1. Add the oil to a heated wok, saute the crumbled paneer. Let it cook until it turns light brown. Remove it from the wok and keep it aside.
  2. In the same work saute the tau cheong until fragrant.
  3. Add in the sliced onions, saute till they are translucent and aromatic.
  4. At this paint stir fry the Cabbage and add in the tomatoes and the red chillies. Add a little water if it's too dry.
  5. A minute later stir in the fried paneer.
  6. Now add the noodles and the rest of the ingredients.
  7. Stir fry in high heat for a good 2 minutes and let it cook in medium heat for another 3 to 4 mins until all the ingredients comes together. Have a taste and adjust according to your taste.
